Debbie has worked in Recruitment for in excess of 20 years in Social Care and Industrial. Debbie is responsible for all our On Site operations and works deals with any permanent placements, Debbie’s passionate about on-boarding journey for the candidate and client.
Debbie was joint founder of Real recruits and while she was an inspirational leader in her last position believes she will be just as instrumental operationally with the Real team.
Debbie has 3 children all boys and enjoys spending time with them, walking the dogs and listening to music of all kinds.

Connor has been in Industrial Recruitment for in excess of 6 years starting as an apprentice back in 2015. Connor is responsible for our On Site Accounts in the Industrial Division. Connor is very personable who works really well with Candidates and clients valuing their input as well as his own.

Ryan has worked in recruitment since the summer of 2021 and has been with Real recruits since April 2022, previously he was with the best connection working in the Industrial division. Ryan loves the fast-paced never know what you’re doing next buzz of recruitment!
He enjoys going out with friends socialising and eating out. Ryan also plays lots of cricket and football in the winter to keep the fitness up!

Dom started as a Junior Recruitment Consultant for Real in May 2022 working out of our Preston branch looking after our Industrial clients. Dom is a quiet but very individual employee with a very focused attitude.
